OPVRS is excited to announce our selection as the 2024 Outstanding EMS Agency by the Tidewater EMS Council! This award is given annually to an EMS agency that exemplifies outstanding professionalism and service to its community; whose high level of patient care is evident by innovative training, community awareness, preventative health programs, public relations efforts and participation in local, regional, state and national EMS systems. We are humbled to be chosen, and proud to serve alongside our VBRescue partners and neighboring TEMS agencies.
